China Battles Virus Resurgence

Jan.21 — Renewed lockdowns are happening in China after a resurgence of the Coronavirus. Over a million people in a district of Beijing are the latest to be placed under lockdown after daily new cases reached their highest levels since March of last year. The spread of infections will challenge the country’s strong economic recovery especially as the Lunar New Year period approaches. Bloomberg’s Rachel Chang reports on “Bloomberg Markets: China Open.”
