Bain’s Lavine Wants `Creativity’ in PE Diversity Effort

Jan.29 — Jonathan Lavine, Bain Capital co-managing partner, says there is more work to be done on increasing diversity at his firm and its portfolio companies. He believes the work of developing inclusive teams starts with recruiting and should be pursued with the same creativity as making investments and building businesses.
