H.K. Financial Secretary Chan on SPAC Listings, Trading Stamp Duty

Mar.02 — Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan says he has asked the city’s exchange and the financial regulator to look into having special purpose acquisition companies, or SPACs, listed. Chan also told Bloomberg Television’s Stephen Engle that the stamp duty increase won’t harm the competitiveness of the financial hub.
