Cash Outflows Due to Change in Investor Appetite: DWS CFO

Apr.28 — In the first quarter of 2021, DWS saw cash outflows in the first quarter of 2021. The asset manager’s CFO Claire Peel put this outflows down to a “change in investor appetite” and shift going into other asset classes. Speaking to Bloomberg TV, Peel also said that Amundi’s purchase of Lyxor won’t affect DWS’s strategy of focusing on net flows.
